I am going to point out, again, that anybody and everybody who claims to be an Oswald defender, who claims to know that Oswald didn't do it, that he didn't kill anybody, has GOT to admit that the Backyard photos were faked.

That's because they show Oswald brandishing the alleged murder weapon, a weapon that he denied owning or ordering or knowing anything about. And, Oswald, himself, said that the photo was faked, that his face was implanted over the body of another man. And, he said that, having worked at a photo lab, he knew how it was done and could show them. He said he could do it himself. 

Now, if you believe in his innocence of the murders, then you have to believe him about this. Why would he lie about it if he was innocent? If he said he never ordered the rifle and didn't own any rifle, then he didn't order the rifle or own any rifle. Why would he lie about that if he was innocent? If someone stole his rifle and committed a crime with it to frame him, why wouldn't he tell police? "That's my rifle, but I didn't kill anybody with it." How hard is it to say that? How hard is it to understand? How many times has it happened, in both real life and in the movies? And, if Marina really took that picture of him, then he would have known that she took it, and he would have known that she was going to say that she took it, which meant that there was no point in his lying about it. He would have known that there was no way he could get away with lying about it. So, he wouldn't have lied. The one lying was Marina. An innocent Oswald wouldn't have lied. An innocent Oswald wouldn't have lied. And, he especially wouldn't have lied about that. 

So again: EVERYBODY who claims to espouse Oswald's innocence, has GOT to admit that the Backyard photos were faked. 

So, Lance Uppercut has to admit it because he claims to espouse Oswald's innocence.

And, Joseph Backes has to admit it since he claims to espouse Oswald's innocence.

So, any adversary or enemy of mine who claims to believe in Oswald's innocence has got to admit that the Backyard photos were faked. Period. 

But, think about what it means. It means that the conspirators were altering photos even BEFORE the assassination. They had the mindset to do that even BEFORE the assassination. And, if they had the mindset to do that BEFORE the assassination, then you know damn-well that they had the mindset to do it AFTER the assassination. Of course, they did.

Some have tried to lampoon the idea by referring to a mobile photo lab, like a big van parked on the street. But, no one has ever suggested that. OIC Chairman Larry Rivera thinks that the photographic alterations were made at Jaggars/Chiles/Stovall, the CIA-connected photo lab in downtown Dallas where Oswald worked from October 1962 until the end of April 1963. And by the way, Dorothy White, the widow of Dallas Police Officer Roscoe White, who many believe was a JFK conspirator, and who many believe is the man in the Backyard photos, except for his face, said that her husband told her that Jaggars/Chiles/Stovall was the command center for the JFK assassination.
