So, if you were pulling the trigger with your middle finger, what could you do with your index finger except extend it towards the cylinder gap? And why would you even think of doing it if you had an intact index finger, as Jack Ruby had?

And the only thing proven about the Jackson photo is that monstrous alterations were done to it.
