Gerry Simone Ralph Cinque Why should I apologize? He saw Ruby. He may not have know it was him at that exact moment, but it was the same guy known to the world as Jack Ruby, and as confirmed later in the trial that he covered.

Gerry Simone Ralph Cinque Jack Ruby even identified himself. (I believe Peter Worthington over you, sorry). http://www.torontosun.com/.../book-excerpt-ruby-trial-had...

Ralph Cinque What? He may not have known it was him? Read what you wrote. You said that Worthington saw that it was Jack Ruby. And now you say he may not have known it was him? You can't see that that is a reversal?

Ralph Cinque Ruby had no memory of shooting Oswald. He accepted that he did it only because Dallas Police told him that he did, and he adored the Dallas Police. They were his heroes, and he never thought that in a million years that they would lie to him. But even...See More

Gerry Simone Ralph Cinque Stop taking words out of context. I explained myself. The man he saw commit the crime was the same man that was taken down, arrested and who appeared at the trial for the murder of Oswald. So he saw Jack Ruby, irrespective of whether Jack's identity was confirmed after the fact.

Gerry Simone Ralph Cinque Ralph, read that article I posted. Worthington even said that Ruby said it was him at the crime scene. So I guess that means he knew it was him. Are you saying there's a Jack Ruby double or impostor?

Ralph Cinque Look, you stupid moron, you could say that about everyone there, if you start with the conclusion you're supposed to prove. That is circular reasoning to the max. The fact is that no one in that garage except police claimed to recognize the shooter as Jack Ruby. Nobody! You hear me? Nobody!

Ralph Cinque It was not until Dallas Police announced that it was Jack Ruby that anybody knew it was Jack Ruby. Now, that is a fact.

Ralph Cinque Ruby was tricked into thinking that he did it. John Armstrong found out that Ruby, because of his heavy drug use and extreme sleep deprivation (he was a raging insomniac) would have blackout spells and also blank-out spells, where he would do things and have no memory of doing them. So, when Dallas Police told him that he shot Oswald, he believed them because that's what he thought happened; that he did it during one of his blank-outs. And blank-outs aren't uncommon. I had the weird experience of having a man call me to ask about his problem with short-term memory, that he couldn't remember things he recently did. He called 7x to say that. And when I called him back, I asked him how many times he called me, and he said just once. And he's only a little older than Ruby was at the time.
