Both feature Detective Blackie Harrison. In Beers, on the bottom, he has his little cigar in his left hand. In Jackson on top, he is taking a drag from it. There is supposed to be .6 second between them. Do you think he could get that cigar to his mouth in .6 second. And then, supposedly, he is reaching for the gun with his right hand and arm in Jackson. But supposedly, the shot just went off. He never claimed to react before the shot. So, how could he get his arm extended so fast, while simultaneously bringing the cigar to his mouth? Isn't that an awful lot to do in a fraction of a second? But, why would he do both? As soon as he had the thought that he needed to reach for a gun, wouldn't he forget about the cigar? It's just bad screenwriting. These photos were NOT taken within a fraction of a second of each other. The incongruities between them are immense, and I am about to name a huge one.
