So, all that cunning tampering with Ruby's hair was done all becuase of this ridiculous wig worn by James Bookhout at the Garage Shooting. This is absolutely and positively not the hair of Jack Ruby. It is a wig. Notice that you don't see any hairs coming out of his skin. It is a rug, a toupee. Bookhout wore it because he was an FBI agent, and they all had short, close-cropped hair with razored necklines. They were clean-cut. This wig was part of his disguise, and it necessitated enhancing Ruby's hairs in photos for the rest of his life.
