Don Mitchell:
In Afghanistan for example, JSOC/JTAC, along with CIA's "SAD," or "Special Activities Division," are running the entire show! First time since the Bay of Pigs, that CIA has run a theatre of operation...on their own and independent of the Military!
The largest CIA Station (ever since Laos) is in Afghanistan! where as: in Iraq, the Defense and State Department are running the show.
But what happens when America leaves? How much longer can America sustain the war effort independent of her allies...at 70 cents on the tax dollar going to the war effort?
The answer: Not much longer.

Ralph Cinque After 17 years of war, the Taliban controls as much of Afghanistan today as before the war started. We have NO CHANCE of beating them militarily, and isn't it obvious? So, how about we just get out, as we did in Vietnam? We killed 3 million Southeast Asians first, but then we left. You want to wait until we've killed 3 million Afghans? We've already killed hundreds of thousands. Isn't that enough?

My friend Robert Jordan sent me this. Jim Jenkins was an autopsy assistant who was there at the JFK autopsy. The large black dot behind the orbital area is where he saw an entrance wound. And the large, circumscribed area in back, in the occipital area, is where he saw the large blowout wound described by many at Parkland Hospital. What reason would Jim Jenkins have to lie? He has a lot of courage, and I admire him greatly for it.

I heard an interesting quote today, but I'd rather not say who said it. But, the gist of it was that the mainstream media can never be truthful about the JFK assassination because the mainstream media was complicit in the crime of killing Kennedy.

And I believe that because when you think about how quickly they fell in line with the official story, it made them an accessory after the fact in the murder. They really do have blood on their hands.

And if JFK truth were to explode on the scene, publicly, who would feel the weight of the hammer?

I don't think it would be any of the few of the perpetrators who are still living.  The main one who is still living, who apparently had a supervisory role over some shooters in Dealey Plaza, specifically those in the Dal-Tex building, is very old, and it looks to me like he has lost his mental capacity. He'll probably die of natural causes before too long, but regardless, it's already too late to go after him.

Who else is there that's still alive? There's Ruth Paine, and I don't know anything about her mental capacity. But, do you know who I think is a much bigger culprit than Ruth Paine? Marina Oswald. The fallacious and felonious testimony of Marina Oswald comprises at least 80% of the case against Oswald in the Warren Report. She, single-handedly, got him convicted, so to speak. Talk about throwing your spouse to the wolves. She really painted him to be a monster. So, the one who would have the most " 'splainin' " to do would be her. And frankly, I think it would be very important, and not for the sake of punishing Marina either.  Rather, the importance stems from the need to find out what exactly they did to her to get her to say those things. She reversed herself on a great many things. When first asked about the rifle, her response was that Oswald owned one to go hunting with - in Russia. Why would she bring that up if he owned a rifle here? She, at first, knew nothing about any trip to Mexico City, but later on, it came back to her. She at first knew nothing about the Backyard Photos, but then she remembered. She at first knew nothing about Oswald shooting at General Walker, but later, she spewed all kinds of details, saying that he took the bus. She never went so far as to say that he had anything against Kennedy, but she said he also sought to kill Nixon, with a ridiculous, totally implausible story.

The only thing I want from Marina is for her to reveal to us how they got her to say the things she said about Oswald, the lies she told. How exactly did she go from being Oswald's wife to becoming the Stepford Wife of the FBI? I suspect it involved MK-ULTRA tactics, including mind control drugs. It probably also involved the kind of tactics that cults use to indoctrinate their members. Marina was suddenly thrust into a world that was cut off from the outside. She was surrounded only by people who saw Oswald as monster. That's what was fed to her: morning, noon, and night: he was a monster; he was a monster; he was a monster.

But, the point is that, today, the cover-up of the JFK assassination, which started on the day of the murder, is a much bigger crime than the murder.  It involves more people, more institutions, and how, for instance, can the JFK Presidential Library not be considered a culprit in it? Didn't they sell out as well? Do you know what it says on their website? It says that it is a "public/private partnership."

"The John F. Kennedy Library Foundation and the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum continue to be a model of a public/private partnership. While the Kennedy Library and Museum receives an annual federal appropriation for building maintenance and a portion of its personnel costs, the appropriation from Congress provides less than half of the Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum's annual budget. The balance is provided by fees generated by admission to the Museum, the Museum Store, and the use of the Library's meeting facilities; and through the generosity of thousands of private individuals, corporations and foundations who donate money and in-kind services to the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation."

But, we should realize that it's very possible that what they did and are doing is exactly what JFK would have wanted. If we could have talked to him a few minutes before he died and told him what was about to happen, before he was thrust back into it unaware, what do you think he would have said he hoped his family would do about it? Do you think he would have wanted them to become pariahs and outcasts? To take on the whole Establishment, including the underworld of the Establishment? Would he have wanted that for his wife? For his brothers? And what about his son? You know his son dabbled too close to it, and look what happened to him. Would JFK have wanted that?

When you think about what happened; to witnesses; to Dorothy Kilgallen; to George DeMohrenschildt; to seven FBI agents who were going to testify to the HSCA but instead died mysteriously; to Billy Lovelady; and I even wonder, with grave suspicion about the deaths of James and Clara Altgens. From carbon monoxide? That's been an instrument of murder for a long time.

The result is that it's a scary, a frightening situation. Would they, as the second decade of the 21st century draws to a close, kill again to stifle JFK truth? Personally,  I don't doubt that they would. I don't think they would have any inhibition to.

Ron Schuster Remember Ruby's lawyer? Cooked. Would ANY lawyer allowed in to see Oswald have been any different? Ray's lawyer? Sirhan's lawyer?

Ralph Cinque You're right, Ron. Tom Howard was seen talking at length with Will Fritz the very night before. Now, why would Ruby's lawyer be doing that? Ruby didn't ask for Tom Howard. Ruby didn't say Howard was his lawyer. Ruby went along with it because Ruby went along with everything. The Dallas Police made Tom Howard Ruby's lawyer, with the excuse that Howard had done some work for Ruby in the past. But, that was years before, and the matter was settled, and at time of the Oswald shooting, Howard was NOT Ruby's lawyer. So, you are right that it was a cooked thing, and the DPD cooked it up. And you're right that it was the same way with Nichols. Of course, he never claimed to be Oswald's lawyer, but he did claim to be there with Oswald's welfare in mind, and that was a lie. He was an instrument of the Dallas Police, to help them save face.

Oswald did NOT meet with H. Louis Nichols. That was faked. Oswald implored the entire world to get him a lawyer shortly after midnight that very day. And he did not ask for John Abt. He asked for legal representation. All the indications are that he would have accepted any lawyer. He would have gladly accepted my cousin Vinny Gambini. So, the idea that he rejected legal help just 18 hours later is preposterous.

Oswald wasn't stupid. He didn't know John Abt. He didn't know if John Abt was available. He didn't know if John Abt could practice law in the state of Texas. It's obvious that Oswald was aware that he needed a lawyer IMMEDIATELY. He had to know that Abt couldn't materialize there immediately. So, he was looking for a readily available Texas lawyer. And if that is what Louis Nichols offered him, he surely would have taken it.

So, that must have been an Oswald double who met with Nichols. Nichols was bamboozled. Or was he in on it? Because when Oswald, supposedly, turned down his offer to get him a Texas lawyer, for wanting John Abt, why didn't Nichols, point out to him that he really needed a lawyer immediately, and if accepted one, he could still go after Abt, if he wanted to.

The point is that Nichols, supposedly, launched this thing out of concern for Oswald. So why, upon hearing Oswald make a very wrong decision, wouldn't he have sought to influence him, to change his mind? Nichols was a lawyer, and a lawyer isn't just a legal agent, he is also a legal counselor. He gives legal advice. Recall how in The Godfather, Tom Hagen was called
"Counsigliere" and in Italian, the internal g is silent. So, Nichols should have counseled Oswald- if it really happened the way he said.

"Mr. Oswald: you need a lawyer now. You can get one and still pursue John Abt. But, take my advice and accept my help because you have been charged with the murder of two men, one of whom was the President of the United States, the other a police officer, and it doesn't get more serious than this."

Nichols, at the time, was a Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. So, who really called him, and what was he told? Who was he really working for?
Oswald began his statement at the Midnight Press Conference by stating 3x that he was being denied legal representation. It is crystal clear that asking for help to get legal representation was the main thing he wanted to say. And, he pointed out that it was the first thing he said to the judge upon being arraigned for the Tippit murder. His exact words were:

"I was questioned by a judge, and I protested at that time that I was not allowed legal representation."

How could he claim to not be allowed legal representation if he was holding out for John Abt? It's obvious that Oswald expected the Dallas Police to provide him a lawyer, and he could not possibly have expected them to provide him John Abt.

Now, can you imagine him saying that to a judge, and then to the whole world, and then hours later being offered legal representation and declining it?

I can't imagine it. And that's why I think H Louis Nichols must have seen the Oswald double, the same one they used the next morning to fill in for Oswald at the Garage Spectacle.

You really should watch it yourself, what Oswald said, to experience his intensity about this. He was obviously embroiled over it.

I think it's obvious that he would have gladly taken my cousin Vinny Gambini to be his lawyer. Oswald was DESPERATE for a lawyer. Are you getting that? Because I'm getting it.

Attorney H. Louis Nichols said that he cleaned up and went to City Hall at about 5:30 pm on Saturday. Here are his exact words:

"I cleaned up and went on up to the city hall. That was probably 5:30 or so in the afternoon."

He claimed to have called Captain King, and that King told him that he didn't know that Oswald had asked for a lawyer. HOW, IN THE NAME OF THE HOLY, IMMACULATE AND BLESSED VIRGIN MARY, COULD HE NOT KNOW THAT OSWALD ASKED FOR AN ATTORNEY, WHEN OSWALD ASKED REPEATEDLY FOR ONE THROUGHOUT THE DAY, THEN 3X AT THE MIDNIGHT PRESS CONFERENCE, AND ONCE BEFORE A JUDGE?

So, Nichols went on up to City Hall at 5:30. How long did it take him to get there? I don't know. The distance probably wasn't great if he worked downtown, which presumably he did.  Of course, traffic was terrible. And remember, he had to find a place to park, and that could not have been easy. How much time should we assign to that? Let's say 30 minutes. Then he said he went up to the 3rd floor, which was a mad house, and he was looking for Captain King. But, he said that Chief Curry saw him and motioned him into his office.

"About that time Chief Curry looked up and saw me, and he knew me and motioned me in."

What? Maybe on a regular day, but on a day like this. That Curry, just because he knew Nichols, would stop what he was doing to motion Nichols into his office? Nichols was a civil attorney. He tried cases in which his client was either suing someone for money or being sued for money. Why would Curry, upon seeing Nichols, think, "I need to talk to him now."

So, Nichols goes in and talks to Curry and two FBI agents. How long did that go on? I'm sure Nichols had to explain the whole story about how he was called by various people, including two law school deans from the East, about Oswald's legal representation. That had to take some time. So, what time is it now? I'm thinking at least 6:15. And then Curry escorted him up to see Oswald. He said on the 6th floor. I'm pretty sure Oswald's cell was on the 5th.
So, what time did he actually sit down with Oswald in his cell? Let's say 6:30. However, this was Saturday night, and Oswald had an interrogation at 6;30. Here he is being taken to it: at 6:24 PM.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=04aL80prg7U

So, what I am wondering is if they perched the double in Oswald's cell right when Oswald was taken to Fritz' office be interrogated, and that's who Nichols saw.

Look: Oswald was clamoring for a lawyer: to reporters, to a judge, and to the world at large at the MPC. Then, when one finally shows up to offer help, he said, "Nah. Think I'll wait on Abt."

You buying that? Because I'm not buying it for one second. They could NOT let Oswald see a lawyer. The lawyer, at that first meeting, would have asked him where he was during the shooting, right after Oswald said he didn't do it. And Oswald would have told him in the doorway. And the truth is, even without that, Oswald would have had no trouble convincing a lawyer of his innocence, and that's because he would have had no trouble answering any of the lawyer's questions. The lawyer would have known, after one session, that Oswald was innocent, that he was being framed, and that the good guys were the bad guys in this case. They could not let him see a lawyer, and I bet you the order came down from Johnson's people. The Nichols/Oswald visit is just one more fakery in a long line of fakeries that occurred relentlessly then and to this day.

As you can see, I do have my supporters, and I am grateful for them. Below they are responding to my recent piece about how the tan suit on display at the Sixth Floor Museum is most certainly not the cream-colored Easter suit that Jim Leavelle wore on Sunday, November 23, 1963. Is anyone stupid enough to claim that it is? I'm sure there is a pink or a punk somewhere who would.

Jeff Smith Extremely brilliant observations Ralph! This is one of the many reasons why I consider you the #1 JFK Assassination researcher in the World. I know you have collaborated with other people but you have a true gift for bringing different facts and elements together into lucid context that makes it easier for people to understand. One day you should write a book offering your opinions on what really happened that Weekend in 1963 tying all of your themes together. I probably wouldn't be able to put the book down....The entire JFK truth community owes you a huge debt of gratitude......This specific article is one of my favorites from you....Simply fascinating Ralph!! Thank you greatly.

Thomas Clancy Ralph Cinque, I fully echo what Jeff Smith states above -- you and your work are an invaluable resource for all of us who are forever hoping for justice and truth regarding this most heinous crime against every living American. And not only that--as I say, the bullets that killed JFK also, by extension, tore our country apart and killed 58,000 Americans in Viet Nam
