Mary Moorman looks disassociated in the Zapruder film, where she's not even aiming at the Kennedys with her camera. But, I'm not saying she was really doing that. THE ZAPRUDER FILM WAS ALTERED! What they did (and this isn't my idea; it's what I've learned from others) is separate the foreground where the limo was from the background where Mary Moorman and the others were. Then, they removed frames from the foreground footage. They were trying to hide the slowing and stopping of the limo, which you don't see in the Zapruder film. So that, naturally, sped up the foreground portion.

So here, for instance, where Mary seems to be shooting at the Kennedys as though they were back where she is, that is, in front of her, I'm sure they were much closer to her at the time. But, they removed frames from that part of the film which pushed the Kennedys along at a false velocity. So, it's showing the Kennedys farther along than they really were. And that's what put them out of sync with Mary. So, there's nothing wrong with her portion of the film. She's OK where she is; but, they are not OK where they are. They should be back closer to her.

Again, this is not a Ralph Cinque idea. Here is a good presentation about it on Youtube:
