What this line tells us is that not only was the limo not perpendicular to the photographer, but neither was Elm Street. In other words, the photographer was not facing Elm Street squarely or perpendicularly. Well, Mary Moorman ALWAYS faced Elm Street perpendicularly, and so far, no one has posted a frame of her in which she wasn't. But, Babushka Lady was not facing Elm Street perpendicularly. 

It works out perfectly for her to have taken the Moorman photo. You can look above and see that, to her camera, the line of the car is going to be what we see in the Moorman photo.
