Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

I am announcing, officially, on behalf of OIC Chairman Larry Rivera and myself that Dennis Cimino has been expelled from the Oswald Innocence Campaign. 

It is one thing to be critical of Israeli policies and actions, but the kind of venom that Dennis spews has become intolerable.

We do have Jewish members, for instance, the esteemed attorney, researcher, and longtime Oswald defender, Mark Lane. Another Jewish member is Gordon Duff, the editor and publisher of Veterans Today, which may surprise a lot of people since VT is very critical of Israel. 

And, we may have other members who are Jewish or part Jewish. I have a brother-in-law who is Jewish, and I love him as my brother. We are not going to tolerate Antisemitism. 

This was provoked by an antisemitic rant that Dennis sent to members, and quite a few responded in opposition to what he said. No one responded in support of what he said. Larry and I both wrote to Dennis telling him he had cease and desist. So, when he sent out another one, I immediately got on the phone with Larry; the decision was made; and now it's done. If you check the OIC website, you'll see that Dennis' name and image have been removed.

The JFK Truth movement has had ample participation by Jewish researchers and from the very beginning. I already mentioned Mark Lane, but there is also Harold Weisberg. Another is David Lifton. Another was Aaron Russo, now deceased. And, here's another one: Mort Sahl. 

Mort Sahl has been called the greatest stand-up comedian of all time. He worked for JFK as a speechwriter. JFK hired him to infuse humor in his speeches. And, he did it very well. There was a lot of funny stuff that came out of Kennedy, although perhaps some of it he thought of himself. 

You understand that Mort lost a good friend. And he stood up to the Establishment in rejecting the official story of the assassination. And, he paid a heavy price for it, getting blacklisted for decades because of his JFK truth activism. Mort Sahl is Jewish.

I can tell you that I will be especially pleased if we get more Jewish members.
