I don't know why anybody would claim that Ruby went through a door. He said he just entered the Main Street ramp. Why would he lie? And, he named a cop who was parked there talking to another cop who was outside the car. The cop within the car was Lt. Sam Pierce, whose real first name was Rio. Pierce was Tippit's supervisor. So, it's interesting that both Tippit's supervisor and his partner R.L. Nelson should both be involved in this. Just a coincidence, I'm sure.

And now, I know the name of the other officer who was talking to Sam Pierce as Ruby walked by: Roy Vaughn. Ruby didn't know him, so he just said he was another officer. But, he said that he saw him talking to Sam Pierce who was inside the car. Doesn't it follow that if Ruby was close enough to be able to identify Pierce that Pierce was close enough to identify Ruby? Remember what we are talking about: a rather narrow entrance.

So, the car is parked at the top of the ramp; the two men are there; and Ruby walks by. How do they not see him? You know what they were there for. There were death threats against Oswald? Right? Numerous death threats? So, somebody had to be there to guard that entrance, to keep people out, and obviously, it was them.

I don't know if Pierce was ever confronted about what Ruby said, but, I know that Vaughn was confronted, and he denied the possibility of it. But, what Ruby said makes sense, and I can't think of any reason why he would lie. He wasn't denying it. He was accepting responsibility for it. Since he brought his dog along, he obviously had no intention of shooting Oswald. And if he had no intention of shooting Oswald, it means nobody put him up to shooting Oswald. And if nobody put him up to shooting Oswald, then nobody opened any door for him.

Note that Ruby never said that he shot Oswald. He didn't deny it, but he spoke of it as if in the third person. For instance he would say, "I walked down to the bottom of the ramp; immediately he came out; and that's when it happened." But, why would he put it that way? I should think he would say, "I walked down to the bottom of the ramp; immediately he came out; and that's when I shot him." I don't know of a single time that Ruby ever said that. If my enemies can find one, let them. I'd like to see it.
