My answer is that I don't know. But, I have to think that when they made the lookalike frame, they didn't think anyone would be studying the figures behind and comparing them to the ones in the Jackson photo. Remember, it was a newsreel; not something that people were going to take home. And they didn't know that home computers and the internet were coming that would enable people to study these images in minute detail. The digital revolution has been the undoing of the JFK assassination. But, I won't even try to make sense of that weird shit back there. The whole image is bogus.
