The Wizard agrees with me that that "Ruby" at the PD on Friday afternoon is a very suspicious character, and he's not willing to grant him Ruby status. He also agrees that it looks like they did something to his ear, photographically, to make it Ruby-esque, that is, the ear lobe. He also noticed that the shape of their foreheads was different. He made these collages:
