In an interview done in 2014, Judyth Baker claimed to have talked with Oswald after he had seen the Backyard photo, that he said it wasn't him, that they pasted his face in.
But, Oswald didn't see the Backyard photo until after he was arrested, and he certainly did not talk to Judyth Baker after his arrest.
