Backes wants you to laugh at Edward Chiarini, and granted, he's got some wacky ideas. But, not all of his ideas are wacky. The very first thing he points out is the presence of the hanging microphone in Beers and its absence in Jackson, supposedly taken .6 second later. These images are from Chiarini's video.
It is a perfectly legitimate question that others have asked as well.
