Ralph Cinque Ben, Jack Ruby was mentally ill, and they knew that. He was also strung out on drugs. And after he was arrested, they brought in the leading mind control doctor in the county, the "Maestro of Mind Control, Louis Joylan West out of UCLA, to treat him. And West continued to drug him, and Ruby complained about it. Jack Ruby had no memory of shooting Oswald. He didn't know he shot Oswald until Dallas Police told him that he did. But really, he didn't. Ruby, like Oswald, was just a patsy. The difference was that Oswald was of sound mind but Ruby wasn't.
