I edited the previous posting about the phony Lovelady clip of "Gorilla Man" by stating that, in addition to everything else, it is said to be from the Martin film, but we don't see it in any intact version of the Martin film, and qualitatively, it is very different from the Martin film.
That difference is as extreme as it gets, meaning that the Gorilla Man clip is at the top of the ladder in quality for JFK footage and the Martin clip on the right is at the bottom of the ladder. So, how could they be from the same camera and the same film?
And to the Pinks and the Punks: Stifle it. I don't care what you think. Get a camera like Martin's and take pictures with it, producing ones that are qualitatively a match to BOTH of these. And should you do it, then I'll get a camera like Martin's and repeat it- just to check your work. That's a promise.
I contacted the late Gary Mack (before he became "late") and asked him if the Sixth Floor Museum, in all their vast resources, has a copy of the Martin film with the Gorilla Man clip, and he said no. I asked him if it exists anywhere in the world, and he said not that he knows of.
