Thank you, Catherine. Yes, we have Ruby's mug shot showing him wearing the sporty shoes on the left and not the dressy shoes on the right. And cops never claimed to replace his shoes.
Why did they even include his feet? It would have been so easy to cut it off higher and hide this. But, they included his feet not to get his feet but to get that placard on the ground establishing this as a mug shot. Dumb mudderplucks. They deserve what they're getting.
