This old Gospel song is one of the most widely covered songs ever, and it's because it is so soothing and comforting to people, including me. All the greats from the Big Band era recorded it. In 2008, Brian Wilson, the genius behind the Beach Boys, recorded it and named his whole album after it. Written in 1949 by Beasley Smith and Haven Gillespie, it is: That Lucky Old Sun.
