The image directly above is a staged photo that was taken on another day, which means that that guy isn't Oswald, since Oswald was dead. And even at that point in time on 11/24/63, Oswald was effectively dead. He was as dead as Kennedy. Both of them were past the point of no return, with just a few agonal breaths left to take. Parkland doctors didn't even try to save Kennedy. He didn't get any blood transfusions. All they were trying to do for him was make him less uncomfortable. But, Oswald they did try to save. But, in reality, it was just as hopeless. Even though, they filled him up with blood and sewed up his broken blood vessels as best they could, it was too late. His heart was irreparably damaged, and no doubt other organs too. But, you notice that this guy playing Oswald just looks like he's asleep. Really, he was just pretending to be asleep. 

In the picture of James Lavelle, you notice that his jacket went from buttoned up to completely open. I realize he could have done that. But, L.C. Graves has no tie pin in the Johnston photo above, but he does have a tie pin in the staged photo below. Oops.
