In the center is a photo that was taken right before Oswald entered a lineup. And because he was going to be in a lineup, they removed his handcuffs. But, even though he's not wearing handcuffs, he is still clasping his hands in front, left over right. Why? Because that was his habit. He did it without even thinking.

And the Man in the Doorway is doing it too. Why? Because he was Oswald, and his habit manifested there the same way it did at the lineup. It is Oswald's shirt-cuff below the chin of the black man, Carl Jones. Carl was there, although not in the spot. He was out of view to Altgens due to the parallax of the angular photo. That image of him was taken by Congressman Phil Willis.
Why did they stick it in there? Because the Altgens photo showed Oswald clasping his hands in front, just as he did many times while in custody. The irony is that when posing for the FBI, Lovelady clasped his hands behind his back. So, that was his habit. Sticking the Willis Carl in there prevents you from seeing the hand-clasping.
But, even though the images of Altgens Doorman and Oswald before the lineup match very well, as to face, stance, look, and features, there is one feature that doesn't match at all: the top of the head. Doorman has an oval-shaped top of his head that was very simian, whereas the top of Oswald's head was more massive, and it was geometric rather than oval. They look very different. And that is what gave the plotters the confidence to claim that Doorman was Lovelady, as they inserted the top of the head of Young Lovelady into the photo.
And you can even see the junction of the two images, the line where they meet. I did not do this. Another researcher did it for me, and I am not going to reveal his name because I do not want him to be harassed. But, I will say that nobody has done better photographic work than him. He has given us the very best and clearest images we have of the Altgens doorway and other images.
