Robin Unger has tried to claim that the Frazier figure was some woman:

So, we think that somebody, and if not Unger himself than someone he is working with, touched up this Wiegman frame to change the shape of Frazier's hair to match that woman.

Except, it didn't come out too well. It looks more like a top hat than it does hair. I am reminded of the top hat Fred Astaire wore. 

And by the way, if you haven't seen Top Hat, it is a classic with Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. 

But, that is obviously a doctored image on the right. They are messing with our heads photographically just as they have been messing with our heads photographically since November 22, 1963.
