This proves it. I have pieced together two very close frames from Dorman, and it proves that Mrs. Glover was not up on the pedestal at that point. She and her daughter Toni were on the grass on Houston Street and not far from Main Street. In the image, you can see a car that is still making the turn from Main to Houston, and there they are, not far from it. It means they were not on the pedestal. There is a white arrow pointing to the car that is making the turn from Main, one pointing to a man that I used as a reference point between the two, and then one pointing to the arm of Mrs. Glover.
