They dressed them all that way, did they? So, if they had them all gathered up, say, to ride a bus somewhere, instead of looking this:

Now, you see, I find that strange. What is it about Jack Ruby's outfit that screams "Prisoner!" And they were worried about making sure he was wearing regulation underwear?
