I have some exciting news. The acclaimed guitarist Rick McRae, who tours annually with George Strait and his Ace in the Hole Band, has agreed to do the guitar track for I'll Always Come Home To You, the song I wrote for the Closing Credits of His Stretch of Texas Ground. Rick is coming up from San Antonio to do that, and it's a great honor. Also, our star and vocalist, Jeff Weber, is seeking to get a female vocalist to do the harmonizing with him on the song. That's exciting too because I think it will add a very nice flourish to the song. And it brings back memories of another great Austin singer/songwriter, the late great Jimmy LaFave who often had a female harmonizing with him to great advantage. Here's an example, Jimmy's song Car Outside.
