Why would anyone call this waving? He is clearly not waving. And notice that he isn't turned. He's facing straight ahead in the car. He wasn't waving at someone in the front seat, was he? He wasn't waving at someone on the bridge. If he was going to be waving, he would have turned facing the spectators. But, he's not turned. He's facing straight ahead. And he appears to have his hand over his face. I don't say he did that. I say that they did it with paint. He was already shot there- in the back. And he must have had a distressed look on his face that they wanted to cover up.
