bpete:

You say that Ozzy could NOT have been in the Domino room because Jarman et al were on the 5th floor.

One has absolutely nothing to do with the other.
He very well could have been in the Domino room.

Ralph Cinque:

But, you don't think so, do you. That's because you think he was "locking and loading" on the 6th floor.

Oswald said that he ate his lunch, consisting of a cheese sandwich and an apple, in the domino room at a time that "Junior and a short negro" were around. Well, it couldn't have been 12:30 since Jarman and Norman (who was short) were up on the 5th floor at 12:30. And since they went outside first and then changed their minds and decided to go up to the 5th floor, you have to allow time for all that. So, the very latest Jarman and Norman could have been milling around the domino room was 12:20, and it may have been earlier than that, like 12:15.

Do you really want to argue that Oswald, having gotten off work early at 11:45, and having 45 minutes to get lunch out of the way, put off eating it for 3/4 hour only to eat it right when the President was riding by? Why would he do that? Why would anyone do it? Because he's Oswald, right? Eccentric Oswald. Weird Oswald. Strange Oswald.

No. He could NOT have been in the domino room at 12:30. And you don't even think that he was. So, it's not even a sincere argument.
