RALPH CINQUE SAID:
Oswald correctly cited Shelley being in the doorway, which means that he
must have been with him WHEN SHELLEY WAS ACTUALLY THERE which was during
the motorcade.
DAVID VON PEIN SAID:Oswald correctly cited Shelley being in the doorway, which means that he
must have been with him WHEN SHELLEY WAS ACTUALLY THERE which was during
the motorcade.
Or --- Oswald was simply telling a big fat lie to Captain Fritz for the
purpose of trying to deflect suspicion away from the one and only person
(LHO) who fired any rifle shots at JFK.
I'll go with that "deflecting suspicion" option instead of Ralph's
version.
Sorry, Dr. Cinque. Your theory sucks. I don't buy it. And no other
reasonable person who knows the facts of the JFK case will buy it either.
Ralph Cinque:
A lie? A LIE??? How could Oswald lie about that without knowing that Shelley was out there? Imagine if it backfired. What if Shelley was really down on the Grassy Knoll? What if he was down on Houston Street? What if he was up at a window? How could Oswald know if he wasn't there? Even if he thought it was safe to assume that Shelley was outside somewhere, how could he know where? How could he know the spot? And how could he claim to be in that spot if he didn't even know what the spot was?
And surely when he cited Shelley he expected that Shelley would confirm it. It's plain as day that Oswald was confident that he would. "Just ask Shelley." That, in effect, is what Oswald said. Of course, Shelley didn't help him, but that's because Shelley was in on it. It was Shelley who told a big fat lie.
Here's a picture of David Von Pein slinging fried chicken.
That goes back quite a lot of years, and I hear he's the manager now. Hey, David! Do you ring the necks of the chickens yourself, do you? I'm sure it doesn't bother you, the sight of blood and all, considering how steeped you are in it.
