What's wrong with this picture? The admiring spectators are waving and cheering at the President, but he is not engaging with them. He is not waving at them. Or smiling at them. He's not even looking at them. He seems to be in his own world. So, what is going on? What is going on is that he has been shot in the back. If you look closely at the top of his back, you can see a cut-out there, an oblong overlay. That is not his collar. That was put there to cover the disruption in his jacket from the shot. Now look at Jackie. She's not waving either. She's a political wife. She knows very well what her job is: to schmooze the crowd. She's not doing it. And she's not smiling. She looks glum. Why is that? Is she concerned about something? If it's him, then why isn't she looking at him? I suspect she was looking at him, but they pasted that other image of her head over it.
JFK was shot in the back shortly before this picture was taken. And it's high on the hill, just a little beyond the obelisk. He won't get shot in the throat until he gets farther down the hill. So, he rode down the steepest part of the hill having been shot once- in the back. Think about how different that is from the story told by the Zapruder film. DON'T BELIEVE THE ZAPRUDER FILM. They did surgery on it- like Dr. Frankenstein. They excised the part of film in which JFK was shot in the back but not yet shot in the throat. And that's why the limo reaches the freeway sign so fast in the Z film.
