I just learned that Robert David Steele, the former CIA officer, whom I have talked to about Oswald, is an advocate for something I have been saying a long time: that Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. was murdered. You can read about it here:

Steele emphasizes that it just so happened that Elliot Roosevelt, the son of the President, was flying the follow-up plane? When you think about how vast the U.S. Military was during WW2, for that juxtaposition of famous names to just happen seems unlikely.
It was claimed that Roosevelt's plane, which was unusually close, only 900 yards behind Kennedy's, was there to film it, but there is no film.
And I didn't care for Roosevelt's remark afterwards, that "they must have tripped a wire." He was referring to JPK Jr. and his co-pilot, Wilford John Willy. Seems rather flippant, doesn't it? But, the fact is that no official cause of the disaster was ever determined- or even sought. Does that bother you? It bothers me.
And if it's true that Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. was murdered, then think about what it means. It means that the idea of killing Kennedys existed long before JFK became President. And since JFK did exactly what his older brother intended to do: run for Congress, the Senate, and then President, did they consider killing JFK before they did? It makes me wonder if we should look at the forensics of the PT 109.
And if they killed JPK Jr. at the start of his political career, did they consider killing JFK at the start of his? Perhaps it was just too soon; his brother died in 1944, and JFK started his political career in 1946. Perhaps they needed to give it more time to avoid suspicion.
And if you have reluctance about this, just remember that the facts in the JPK Jr. case are alarming. There was never a real investigation and no cause of the "accidental" detonation was ever determined; no reason was given for why JPK Jr. was told not to bail out until over the English Channel, when all he was needed for was to get the plane up in the air; the target was not in operation and had already been bombed and destroyed.
"Yes, it's true that JPK Jr. was eligible to return home and intended to start a political career when he volunteered for a final, dangerous, secret mission."
Secret? If it was secret, how did he know about it? They must have gone to him. And perhaps he thought it would benefit him politically, or perhaps it was couched that way." You know, this will look awful good on your resume."
All the needed the pilot for was to get the plane airborne, which meant that any pilot at all could have done it. They didn't need JPK Jr.
They kept Operation Aphrodite going - without determining what caused the disaster with JPK Jr? Of course, there were no other disasters.
This is a 2 minute documentary about it, strew with falsehoods. Instead of admitting that it was the very first of the 15 Aphrodite missions, which it was, it just says that it was "the one on August 12, 1944." Later, it says that there were 8 missions after his, but there must have been 14, since his was definitely the first, and there were 15 total. It says the target was in Germany, but no, the target was a V2 rocket launcher on the coast of France. And it says that JPK Jr was about to bail out, but no, he was told not to bail out until he was over the English channel. They had all that flat, open English countryside, but they wanted him to wait and bail out over the water.

I don't know about you, but I've got alarm bells going off in my head that Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. was murdered, and precisely because of his political ambitions.
