Backes, you didn't challenge one thing that that Professor said.

The Physics professor lives and teaches in this country, but he is a foreigner, and he hasn't been here very long. And so far, I haven't mentioned the Altgens photo to him, and I seriously doubt that he knows anything about it. 

And I didn't lead him into anything. I just showed him the Moorman photo and asked him if he could determine the location of the photographer from looking at the photo. And with nothing but the photo, he drew this:

The man has got a PhD in Physics, and the idea that I could lead him anywhere is ridiculous. What a stupid thing to say.

And I didn't misrepresent Mary Moorman's position or anyone else's. In fact, I didn't represent anything. I just showed him the Moorman photo and showed him the films. That's it. I didn't draw anything. 

You don't get it, Backes. You're too stupid to get it. The Physics rules. Nothing trumps it. This man is a physics professor. He teaches courses on light, shadow, visible forms, and the interpretation of what we see, how it correlates to immutable physical laws. I didn't leave anything out of the equation, and I didn't tell him what to do. I showed him the Moorman photo, and then I showed him the Zapruder film, the Nix film, and Muchmore film, all of which show Mary Moorman and two of which show the Babushka Lady. As far as I know, those are all of the images of them at the crucial time that there are. I also showed him other photos of Elm Street from the south side just to compare, but I can't imagine anything else I could show him. 

Tell me, Backes: Are you really going to mano-a-mano against a physics professor on the visibility issues in this case? You're an archivist at the Albany County Hall of Records. You're not a physicist. 

Nobody has challenged anything that this physics professor has said, and that's because they can't. And, if they had any integrity and respect for the truth, they would admit that he is right. But, they don't respect the truth. It is not what they care about. Fighting the war against me is all they care about, but it is a war that they can never win.
