Holy Cow. The Idiot Backes never fails to stupify himself, to coin a phrase.

"Then, he and I together watched the Zapruder, Nix, and Muchmore films which show Mary Moorman..."

That was in the report, Backes. But, it didn't stop you from writing this:

"You didn't allow any comparisons to the Zapruder film, the Muchmore film, the Nix film, etc."

And why would I have him read any testimonies? He's a physicist. I wanted him to look at the photo and determine the location of the photographer based on what the image captured, what it contained. The testimonies be damned.

The photograph contains information. Objective information. Incontrovertible information. Information that no testimony can contradict. You're darn right I didn't show him any testimonies. I wouldn't want to bias him. I wouldn't want to influence him. I wanted him to rely on nothing but the imagery.

And you're right that there's no mathematics (numbers) in what he did. It was just a casual thing. But actually, we did discuss a number. When he explained that the non-parallel lines at the bottom of the picture, consisting of the base of the limo and the bottom of the picture....

That the angle between those lines is equal to the angle of the photographer compared to the perpendicular. And I asked him what he thinks the angle is. He said probably about 15 degrees. So, there you have it; a number. You happy?

What do you think would happen if I took this to another physicist, Backes? Do you think the result would be any different? Are you going to have the balls to say that they're both full of crap?

And what if I bump it up to three physicists? Because I have no worries that the others will agree.

You know something? I do believe that you are stupid enough to do that, to actually go on thinking that YOU, an archivist, know better than a whole army of physicists.

Well, it just may come to that, Backes. Because: this is getting to be insane. Mary Moorman DEFINITELY did not take the Moorman photo.

Let's see you get a PhD in Physics to say that Mary Moorman took the Moorman photo. Go ahead. I dare you.
