Why did the FBI need a statement from Marrion Baker in September 1964? It's awfully late. Baker testified to the Warren Commission on March 24, 1964, and you can read it here.

So, why 6 months later, did the FBI need this additional statement from Baker? What were they trying to accomplish? What were they seeking? What was their motivation?
