I think Backes has completely lost his mind. Here's what he put up:

First, his designation of Martin's motorcycle windshield is completely made up. But, look where he put Martin's hand. So, there was that much distance from his hand to the windshield? How do you figure, Backes?

So, the officer is on the bike, and his hands are gripping the handlebar grips. So, how far are his hands from the windshield? Are they this far?

You can see how close the other two cops' hands are to their respective windshields, so how could Martin's be so far away?

Let's look at it without Backes' bull shit.

What the hell is he talking about? Does he think this is a hand???

What???? That's not a hand. You're nuts! That is two men and two bikes. The front part of the bike that we see is BJ Martin's. The man in black is Hargis, and behind him is the rear of his motorcycle. And, the two bikes are on two different but parallel lines. They merged two men and two motorcycles, turning them into one man and one motorcycle. But, they couldn't have done it without the thumbprint.
