This image shows very well the geometry between Mary Moorman and BJ Martin because Mary was just a little farther down from where the clapping guy was. So, let's imagine that a couple seconds later, Martin reaches the clapping guy, and the clapping guy takes his picture. Say, they're even or close to even. Is the clapping guy going to be able to capture Martin's right arm without capturing his left? Consider that not even Altgens could capture his right arm without capturing his left, and Altgens was out in the street. So, how could Mary who was back on the grass? Martin is at least 3 feet out into the street. Nobody could capture his right side and not his left side when shooting from his left side. It's impossible!
