Oswald Innocence Campaign There is so much alteration to that photo and outright fakery. That arm that's behind there is probably nothing. What I mean is that this was a staged photo taken BEFORE the spectacle, and they realized afterwards that Ike Pappas was in the films. So, I believe that they painted in that arm to imply that he was back there so that it would be consistent. This photo is also missing Detective Thomas McMillan, and I know the reason why. It's because he was one of the officers who hustled the real Jack Ruby up to the 5th floor beforehand. So he was doing that when this Jackson photo was taken.
