From having found Robert Jackson in the KRLD footage, we know now that this artifact of a man encroaching upon Jackson's capture of the Jackson photo is fake.

So, there was no man there. And if there had been a man there, he wouldn't have registered that way anyway, so ghostlike. The Wizard noted that Jackson won the Pulitzer Prize for this photo, even though it contains such a glaring error. And it is a very uncommon error. You're not a professional photographer, I presume, but you've never done anything like that. Have you? Check your family albums. Did anyone in your family or circle ever wind up with such an intrusive error?

And it raises an important question: Was Robert Jackson just plain in on it, or was he just a very stupid guy? His story went that he was ordered to remain a the PD for several hours after the shooting to cover the situation there. You would think that, if anything, they would have sent him to Parkland Hospital, since that is where Oswald was taken. And as far as we know, Jackson did not capture any more photos at the PD.  So, there is nothing to give credence to his story. But then, he went back to the Times Herald and got involved in developing his film and saw right away that he had something better than what Jack Beers got. His picture, supposedly, was taken just a split-second after the shot. But, how is that possible when Oswald has his left arm slapped to his chest? That is, he is supposed to have his left arm slapped to his chest in this phony photo. But, how quickly could he move his arm when until he was shot, he had his hands clasped together in front? How could he go from one to the other in a fraction of a second? If he did, it would have meant a high rate of speed. But, if he did it at a high rate of speed, what happened when his arm his his chest?

You understand that velocity involves acceleration and deceleration. Why do they tell us that you need one car length for every 10 miles per hour of speed when you're driving? They tell us that because they know it takes time for the vehicle to stop after you apply the brakes. But, in this case, there were no brakes, and if Oswald slapped his arm to his chest that fast it would have made a thud and probably bounced off.  There is nothing about the bio-mechanics or bio-physics of this that makes sense. It doesn't appear in any film footage, nor did anyone present report that Oswald did it. And why would he do it? Why would any shooting victim do it? Who slaps his arm to his chest after being shot? Nobody.

And as I and Robert Jordan have shown you, it isn't even his arm. It isn't his arm because it isn't his hand. And it isn't his hand because it isn't his thumb. It isn't his humongous thumb. He didn't have a humongous thumb.

But getting back to Robert Jackson, was he a liar or a stupid fool? Does he actually believe he took that ridiculous photo during the jail transfer? Well, who knows what he believes today. He's up in years now, and he's been telling his story for a lot of decades. In the case of Jim Leavelle, who received numerous awards for letting Oswald get shot, as if he had done something heroic that day, I suspect that he completely lost touch with reality and started believing his own shtick. Did the same thing happen to Robert Jackson? It may have.
