The Wizard made a great find, showing that Captain Fritz was orchestrating at the moment before the Oswald shooting. He takes his right hand and shoves someone out of the way, and it looks like a good hard shove. And then after that, he got busy "reacting" to the gunshot.

He really shoved that guy, didn't he? Why did he do that? He did it because he knew of the theatrics going on behind him, and he wanted to create more room for it. He wanted to get himself out of the way, which meant getting that other guy out of the way. It was after this that he put his arms out, as if to gesture, "Oh no, whatever could that have been? Pray tell, was it a gunshot?" If it were real, his reaction would have been to startle, to jump out of his skin. The whole thing is theater. He was acting, and they were all acting. All the cops were acted. And, it was poorly acted and poorly written.
