Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

Do you realize that, not only was Oswald in the doorway during the shooting, but there is nowhere else he could have been? He wasn't in the 1st floor lunch room because he told interrogators that he went there to eat at the start of the lunch break. That was at 11:45, so how could he still be there at 12:30? It doesn't take that long to eat a cheese sandwich and an apple. 

And he wasn't in the 2nd floor lunch room because we learned from Officer Marrion Baker that Oswald was just getting there at 12:31. Baker saw him moving into the lunch room from the vestibule. Oswald was on the move. He had just gotten there. So, if he just got there at 12:31, you can't assume that he was there at 12:30. You can't assume that he left and then a minute later came back. The improbability of that is so great that you just can't go there.

And there is no place else to place him, even hypothetically. Oswald was in the doorway during the shooting, and that is why he told Fritz that he was "out with Bill Shelley in front." And of course, Shelley was in the doorway at that time. And how would Oswald know that unless he was there himself?  

I want you to realize how certain Oswald in the doorway is. It is not a conjecture. It is not a speculation. It is an absolute certainty. And after 57 years, I dare say it is time for government, media, teachers, historians and phony researchers to stop with the lying. That's enough! Callate! Oswald was framed and innocent.
