Congresswoman Luna, I'm sure that what NBC has is the unaltered Dave Wiegman film. He was an NBC photographer, and he was in the 7th car in the motorcade, which was the first camera car, a convertible. He captured Oswald in the doorway as he rounded the corner. But, the film was deliberately blurred to obscure Oswald. This is it. And as in the Altgens photo, Oswald was clasping his hands in front, which was his habit. Ralph Cinque
