Chris Gallop Early depends on how late you stay up at night. You have no clue what was early for him, neither do I. 0930 is early morning for those who work nights or stay up late. Think twice before dismissing small details. It was Ruby who shot and killed Oswald in the basement of the DPD.

Ralph Cinque:

Ruby didn't qualify it. He didn't say he was up early for him. He just said he was up early. If he was talking to someone who knew him, he might not have to qualify it. But, he was talking to the nation, to all Americans. So, when he said he was up early, without qualifying, it defaults to the standard that most people go by. Because, by your way of thinking, any time could be early, which makes the term meaningless. And, it was NOT Ruby who shot Oswald in the basement of the DPD, and all the evidence we have refutes the idea. The photographic evidence refutes that it was Ruby, that is, when you refrain from stupidly dismissing small photographic details. The timeline refutes it, as explained in this post. The testimonial evidence refutes it because the only ones who claimed to see Ruby in the garage were cops, and they are proven liars. Leavelle, Graves, Combest, and even Fritz have been caught lying. No reporter claimed to identify Ruby in the garage. The photographic evidence also refutes it because of all that wasn't captured, such as Oswald being carried into the jail office, for which there isn't a glimpse of it from any camera. And then the photographic alterations are also a smoking gun, for instance, the rampant doctoring of Ruby's hair. And even worse is the Jackson photo, which is a photographic monstrosity. The Garage Shooter was FBI Agent James Bookhout, although he must have shot a blank. It was a spectacle for television; that's all. Hey, I'm making you famous, Gallop. And just remember whose turf you're on because crap from you, I ain't taking.
