  Ralph Cinque Paul, admittedly, there is some speculation involved. But, it's starting to come together for me. Now, I think I understand the purpose of the cigar. The purpose of the cigar was to cover up part of Hosty's face, a little, so that he might better pass for Harrison. This photo was taken BEFORE the Garage Spectacle. Therefore, afterwards, Harrison was instructed to be smoking a cigar so that it would match what we see in the Jackson photo and reinforce the idea that the guy was indeed Harrison. Same behavior, therefore, same guy.
