Notice that his shirt isn't even sprawled open. His t-shirt isn't even exposed. Notice that his face is much harder; it's thuggish, while Doorman's face is soft, in comparison. Notice that he has a sloping forehead that is very simian. Notice that, in posture, his neck is forward (and there is a name for that: forward neck syndrome) and what he is doing is pinching his head back at the atlanto-occipital joint. Doorman is definitely not doing that. His neck was normal. These two are not just different men, it's like they are different species.
Furthermore, why would you ask a question like that without posing a picture of Lovelady with which to compare? This is the most widely circulated image of Billy Lovelady on 11/22/63.
