This, from the Warren Report, is a smoking gun. They made a big mistake when they published it, and now, they're going to pay.
OK, let's get under the hood and see what is going on with this thing. First, they claimed that Oswald gave as his alibi that he was eating with James Jarman during the shooting. THAT WAS A LIE. A filthy, despicable, bloodied lie. There is NO WAY Oswald said that, and for two reasons:
1) the shooting occurred at 12:30, and James Jarman was not eating at 12:30. He was up on the 5th floor perched at the window at 12:30, and that was after standing outside a while. So, his lunch-eating came way before 12:30. There is another picture like the one below in which you can faintly see Jarman standing behind Norman.
2) If Oswald was innocent (and he was) why would he give a phony alibi? It doesn't matter what he was doing; it could not have been bad compared to killing the President of the United States. So, innocent Oswald had NO REASON to lie, and therefore, he would certainly not have said that.
Of course, the Warren Commissions would say that he was not innocent, and that's why he gave a false alibi. But, this is where the real stupidity comes in. The big-shot lawyers, Belin, Ball, Rankin, Specter, etc. who wrote this shit were dumb as bricks. Yes, it's true that guilty people give false alibis. But, they don't stick other people in their alibis UNLESS THEY HAVE IT WORKED OUT AHEAD OF TIME. Obviously, James Jarman was not an accomplice of Oswald's, and they had nothing worked out. Therefore, if Oswald had killed Kennedy, and he was going to make up an alibi, he would have concocted one that involved only himself. Because: he would have to be awfully stupid not to expect police to verify his alibi with the person he used as an alibi.
So, if Oswald was going to give a phony alibi for where he was and what he was doing at 12:30, it was tough. He'd have to say that he was alone. But, how could he say that he was in the lunch room alone when, for being on the 6th floor, he didn't know if anyone was there who would contradict him. It was a lunch room and they had vending machines, so who knows. His best bet would be to pick a place that very likely was vacated. But, to say that he was eating lunch with someone who was certain not to confirm it? He would have to be the dumbest criminal in the history of crime to do that.
But, who was being dumb here? I say it was the WC lawyers who wrote the shit. They just glibly stated that Oswald said he ate lunch with Jarman, and Jarman denied it, as if, of course, dimwitted Oswald would use a transparently false alibi. Because, after all, he was Oswald, and he was dumb enough to do that. Well, I don't think he was dumb at all. I think they are the ones who were dumb.
So, getting back to what they wrote, it was that Oswald was eating lunch with Jarman at 12:30 in the first floor lunch room, and then he went directly to the second floor lunch room where he had his encounter with Baker and Truly.
Now you see, that is an example of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. They didn't consider testimony of Marrion Baker who said that he first saw Oswald coming into the vestibule from the office area on the 2nd floor. It means that Oswald took the front stairs. But, if he went directly from the 1st floor lunch room to the 2nd floor lunch room, he would definitely have used the rear stairs. That's because both lunch rooms were in the rear of the building. Hence, he had every reason to use the rear stairs. It would have been insane for him not to.
Then, they did mention the "out with Bill Shelley in front" which they said happened when he left to go home. But wait. Do you realize what they're saying about Oswald, and with a straight face? They're saying that TWICE Oswald falsely cited individuals knowing full-well that they were not going corroborate. It's bizarre to suggest that he would do it once. But, they're saying that Oswald falsely used Jarman as his alibi for the shooting, and then he falsely said he encountered Shelley upon leaving, knowing full-well that both of them were going to deny it. Do you realize what it means?
It means the Warren Commissioners were making Oswald out to be as stupid, as imbecilic as Joseph Backes.
But, the WC lawyers were the stupid ones, not Oswald. Oswald was innocent, and he was smart enough to realize that the best thing he could do, as an innocent person, was tell them where he really was at 12:30. And what he said is that he was out with Bill Shelley in front. He certainly didn't say he saw Bill Shelley in front on his way home. Shelley was not out there when he left for home. So, Oswald NEVER would have said that.
Oswald was innocent. He had no reason to lie. He had no reason to claim to see people when he didn't see them. And he certainly had no reason to think that people whom he didn't see would say that he saw them.
Now, the last line in the WR excerpt is extremely important. It is the coup d'grace for the Warren Commission. It says that Jarman denied seeing Oswald, but he say he was there getting his lunch at 11:55. Well, it doesn't matter that he didn't cite seeing Oswald because Oswald cited seeing him. There were 70 employees, and Oswald named him as being around when he was there. He also cited a "short negro" which referred to Harold Norman, who was indeed short. So, that is 2 out of 70 that he correctly placed there.
I was told by a prominent researcher that there is some evidence that Jarman told Dallas Police on 11/22 that he did see Oswald in the domino room. But regardless, the fact that Oswald cited Jarman accurately confirms what Oswald said.
And that brings us to the time of 11:55. If that's when Jarman said he ate his lunch, it means that that's when Oswald saw him, which was also when he ate his lunch. In other words: we can use that as a reference for when Oswald ate his lunch. And it makes perfect sense because he got off work at 11:45 just like everyone else. So, why wouldn't he be ready to eat by 11:55? That's 10 mintues. What the else did he have to do? He had no book to read. He had no call to make. He had nobody to see. He knew the President was coming. So, of course he went to the lunch room and started eating, just as you'd expect.
Read this passage again because it is pure evil. It is pure lies. They twisted Oswald's words- long after he was dead. What he really told police is that he ate lunch early during which time he spotted James Jarman and Harold Norman. Then, he went out to the doorway to watch the motorcade, which was where Bill Shelley was. And then, upon order of Bill Shelley, he went to the 2nd floor lunch room by way of the front stairs which were next to the doorway. But, this is how it came out in the Warren Report, a work of pure evil.
