On the left is Bookhout in the 3rd floor hallway after Oswald came up and spoke to him, asking him, "What have you got against Broby?" They probably altered the last word.  It was Saturday evening, right before they commenced the 6:30 interview in Fritz' office. They also blocked out his ear on the left so that we can't distinguish it. But, notice the short, bulging neck on both. His skin bunched up in back, both there and in the garage when he masqueraded as Ruby. And notice how short his hair was, which was typical for FBI agents, and it explains why he had to wear a toupee' on the right. That is the same guy: James W. Bookhout.
