We are justified in asking questions, such as: why would Mary Moorman wait until Kennedy had passed her to take his picture from behind? I could see her taking it BEFORE he reached her, but not after. Before he reached her, his face would have been most visible. By the time he was even with her, he'd have been in profile, which is not as good- unless he had his face turned left, which JFK rarely did. You want to capture the face right? But, once he passed her, he certainly was not going to turn around, so there was no catching his face- only the back of his head. So, why would she or anyone wait?
We know she had her camera up and ready to shoot at Z-293. And she may have had it up before that. We can't see her before that in the Zapruder film, but it doesn't mean she didn't have her camera up and ready before then. She probably did. So, why would she wait? What was she waiting for?
