Ralph Cinque Bookhout was photographed in this photo, and I don't know how many minutes it was after the shooting, although I assume it was only a few. Meanwhile, the real Jack Ruby, who was already in custody on the 3rd floor, was brought down and paraded in the Jail Office where Oswald was.
Ralph Cinque So, that was Bookhout above, and here is Jack Ruby being paraded around the Jail Office. They weren't that far apart.
Ralph Cinque Oswald was reportedly lying on the ground there, and you see the man looking down at him.
