This collage explains how Larry Rivera brought about the appropriate amount of blurring of the Jackson photo of Lovelady to duplicate how it would have looked if taken by Altgens with his camera and under his conditions.
And not that this could have been tested directly in 1976 if Robert Groden had, instead of taking a useless picture of Lovelady at his house in Colorado, had taken him to Dealey Plaza and photographed him in the doorway from Altgens' location and matching Altgens' camera, film, and conditions. Nobody would have stopped Groden in 1976, just as nobody stopped me in 2012. But of course, he didn't do that, and it was precisely because it would have showed that it could not possibly be Doorman's shirt.
