This is a personal note. My latest piano video, which is my own music, has already garnered more views than any other piano video I have done. I just received a very nice comment about it from someone I don't know.

Wow. That is more than I expected, or deserve, I'm sure. But, I do think my work captures the feeling and emotion of the story, and I ought to know since I wrote it. And by the way, I do have someone connected to Hollywood who believes very strongly in the script and is seriously trying to get the movie made. She even has a young actor picked out to play the leading role of Leif Erickson.

And, I'll tell you right now that it's going to be a package deal: If they want the script, they will have to use the music. That will be non-negotiable. And, as far as I know, it will be the first time in film history that the screenwriter also wrote the music.
