So, I am going to address it.
Keep in mind that Bookhout, in his Warren Commission testimony, under oath, denied attending the Midnight Press Conference. He did not say, "I did not attend the Midnight Press Conference" but he said that he didn't see Oswald from the time of the lineup on Friday afternoon to seeing him in the Homicide Bureau on Saturday morning. And that is tantamount to saying that he didn't attend the MPP.
Mr. STERN - When the lineup was concluded, what happened next, as far as you were concerned?
Mr. BOOKHOUT - I returned to the homicide and robbery bureau.
Mr. STERN - Was Oswald brought back there, or taken elsewhere?
Mr. BOOKHOUT - I don't recall specifically whether he was brought back to the homicide and robbery bureau, or placed in jail, but I do know that I didn't interview him any more that day.
Mr. STERN - Did you have any further contact with him that day? Friday?
Mr. BOOKHOUT - No.
Mr. STERN - When did you next see Oswald?
Mr. BOOKHOUT - Well, it would be on the morning of November 23, 1963, in the homicide and robbery bureau.
So, that would rule him out, but we'll look at it anyway.
The first thing we have to ask is if those two are even the same man, and they're not. Can you see that the man on the left has a gaunt face whereas the man on the right has a round face? Can you see that the man on the left has a weird, very short peninsular tuft of hair in front that looks like it was smeared on with a Sharpie, whereas the man on the right has a normal looking hairline and a much fuller hairline without nearly as much recession? Do they look like the same glasses to you? They don't to me. And look at that guy at large, and when I say large, I mean large.
Why is he so tall. He can't be standing on anything. There is no reason to think that he alone had something to stand on. And even if he did, people can't stand on objects without having to struggle to balance. It's not like standing on solid ground. And how could he big so big? Look at his breadth. I have an arrow pointing to his shoulder, and it's out way too far. He couldn't have been that wide. I'll redo it more realistically. Unless the guy was some freak linebacker, this is about as wide as his shoulders could be.
Now look at them in succession.
Can't you see that it's too wide? Don't you know that the JFK Assassination is the most photographically altered event in the history of photography?
Let's look for that guy in other shots of the MPP.
OK, let's try this a different way. I'll circle the guy who was the secretary/gofer for the police chief. I forget his name, but for about 6 months, Joseph Backes and others alleged that he was Bookhout. Now remember that Bookhout that denied going to the Midnight Press Conference, and it was completely DPD affair. If there were any FBI agents there, they were in the audience. They were not up there on display. That was all DPD.
I can't make any sense of this at all. Was it two different times? It has to be the same night and the same situation, but did Oswald address the reporters from two different spots because there is no reconciling these two images. We can see the KRLD camera in both pictures, but were there two separate takes from two different arrangements? But, in any case, we don't see that tall guy at all in the bottom picture.
