This woman on Elm St. can be used as a surrogate for the freeway sign because her angle to the road is the same as the sign. So, try to perceive her as a substitute for the sign. Dwell on her angle, her perspective to the road, and then compare it to the Stemmons freeway sign in the Zapruder film whose angle is all wrong.
